La Corte Farm Holidays in Calamandrana (commune of the Asti province between the Langhe and the Monferrato, in Piedmount, Italy), ready to reveal its eighteenth-century past, enters with grace in this mutable landscape. A few kilometres far from Acqui Terme, famous for the healthy waters, and from Asti, capital of the sparkling wine, in a quiet and gentle landscape, lively from winding curves before they become hilly tops, between orderly thick rows of rich vineyards, there is Calamandrana, commune of the low Langhe, word that in the popular meaning means "the knap". The area is that of the Monferrato around Asti, a little more than an hour's drive from Milan, Turin and Genoa.
The renovation works of the building, then become La Corte Farm Holidays, have been done with the purpose of bringing to light the history of the house and the original structure.The central part has been maintained and today includes the reception at the ground floor and the rooms at the top floor; the old hayloft and the sheds are now respectively, the salone and the restaurant; the short side where the workers lived is now composed of flats; then, the long sied of the old basement, is now the Barricaia and the new basement.
Each ambient is air conditioned, a big hall with the fireplace, the wooden ceiling and arched windows, with a nice view of the hills. A restaurant with 60 seats opening on a large veranda overlooking the "closed court". The restaurant service offers in the morning an abundant breakfast buffet e in the evening, on request, the traditional Piedmontese food. Two swimming-pools, for adults e for children, with a size of 14mt x 7mt., parking.



The rooms: all the rooms have period furniture and the style characterizing the furnishing is essential and refined, while the colours of the tissues take the tones and the shading of the landscape.
At the disposal of the guests: 3 double rooms with toilette and shower, 1 double rooms equipped for disabled person, 1 single room with toilette and shower, 3 triple rooms with toilette and shower. All the rooms have: satellite TV, fridge-bar, telephone, hairdryer, safe box.
