Bellagio is situated at the head of the promontory at the estremity of the vast mountainous Peninsula which divides the lake forming the Como branch to the west and the Lecco branch to the east. The promontory of Bellagio juts out into the central basin of the lake, called the "Centro Lago". This position gives it an extraordinary variety of views and this is one of the reasons why Bellagio has always been known as the "Perla del Lario" - the Pearl of Lake Como.
The most ancient part of Bellagio occupies that area at the end of the promontory and is knows as the Borgo. Numerous little characteristic suburbs are scattered both along the lake and the hilly slopes above. Our apartments are situated in the suburb of S. Giovanni, which is just five minutes by car from the centre of the town or a pleasant walk through S. Giovanni itself, then briefly along the main road and down through the smoll suburb of Loppia, onwards through the beautiful garden of Villa Melzi and finally along the lakefront to the centre of Bellagio.

The apartments are available all year round. LEA (200 sq.mtrs) Sleeps up to eight people. Ground floor. Living room with fireplace and sofa-bed, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower, the other one with shower). FOG (100 sq. mtrs) Sleeps up to 4 people. First floor with a french balcony. Living room with sofa-bed, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with bathtub (hand shower). LAILA (100 sq. mtrs) Sleeps up to 4 people. First floor. Living room with fireplace and sofa-bed, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and shower. No air conditioning. BUCK (100 sq. mtrs) and SISCO (100 sq. mtrs). They sleep up to 4 people. Second floor attics. Both have living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub (handshower).
Lea has a private garden, the OTHER VACATION RENTALS have a small communal garden. All except Sisco have lake views. There is private parking in the garage for one car per apartment. Every apartment has central heating/air conditioning, fax/phone, satellite-TV, hair-dryer, washing-machine, sheets and towels. Heating/air-conditioning, fax/phone and shared clothes-dryer are extra.
