An ideally peaceful place, only a few steps from the main road.
The complex consists of two farmhouses which have been fully renovated in obedience of the typical Umbrian architecture.
The fascinating stone walls and the warm woodwork help to recreate an atmosphere of bygone times.
The name of the structure drew inspiration from the ancient water mill.
The farmhouses are surrounded by large, green areas where children and adults can enjoy themselves.
You can easily find your peace and tranquillity while enjoying the sweet flowing of the waters of river Assino
The proximity of the Monte Cucco massif (about 20 km.) , which is also a regional park, makes it possible to organize charming excursions on foot during the spring and summer seasons.

How to reach it By car (coming from the North ) Motorway A 14 : exit at Fano, take the direction Gubbio /Roma. Once in Gubbio turn right in the direction of Umbertide / Cesena. Then turn left at km. 7th ( after the village of Mocaiana). Motorway A1 : (Florence – Rome) exit Arezzo, take the direction CITTA’ di CASTELLO. junction with E45 (Perugia). Exit at Umbertide/Gubbio ; junction with mainroad 219, turn right at km 15 th ( just before Mocaiana). By car (coming from the South ) Motorway A1 : exit at Orte, junction with E45 (Perugia/Cesena).
