coast of Sicily and exactly 40 km away on the southern side
of Agrigento. The villa is inserted in a particularly charming
natural setting, a secluded spot on the coast - still unknown
to mass tourism - and from its terraces one enjoys an
enchanting view to the blue southern sea.
The house is well-maintained and comfortable, it offers well-
subdivided rooms and luminous and refreshing insides which
have been furnished with good taste and functionality. The
living room looks on the large terrace equipped for open-air
dinners (furniture, barbecue and outside shower).

The spacious and comfortable bedrooms have wrought-iron
beds and coordinating fabrics. Private parking. Small size

The town-centre of Licata (shops, banks, restaurants) is 3
km away. Agrigento is 40 km away. Sandy beach is just 50
metres away.
