The superior 4 stars hotel “L’Ostelliere” is developed from the restoration of its original structure of the old farm house dating back to the seventeenth century. It was once used as home for the farmers that worked in the fields of the estate. L’Ostelliere is located on the Monterotondo hill of Gavi in a predominant position and faces a spectacular amphitheatre of vineyards and woods and it reflects the territory for its simplicity, with the utilization of authentic materials. Everything contributes to make a very unique and unforgettable experience: refined environments, a quiet, peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The rooms of the hotel are spacious and functional, decorated with authentic furniture and fascinating objects coming from all over Europe, particularly from England, France, Spain and Italy. All rooms are equipped with modern comforts: air conditioning, small refrigerator, satellite TV, internet, hair dryer, safe. Of the 28 rooms, 11 are suites; each one is named after a village of the controlled and guaranteed appellation of Gavi (Bosio, Capriata d’Orba, Carrosio, Francavilla Bisio, Gavi, Novi Ligure, Parodi Ligure, Pasturana, San Cristoforo, Serravalle Scrivia, Tassarolo). There is also 1 suite named after our most important wine “Monterotondo”. In the small vegetable garden with the bar facing an incredible panorama, it is possible to taste a very unique aperitif. Among the flowers and the spices of the garden it is like going back in time in complete contact with nature.
