Each suite, well furnished in rustic style,is composed by one or two double bedrooms, bath, living with kitchinet facing the privat garden.Every garden is provided by table, chairs, sun lounges and ombrella.

Lake is not deep and perfect for kids.The place allows a nice mix between sports (canoe, sailing, windsurfing, biking) on the lake's clubs. To preserve the environment, motor boats has been forbidden since 1970.
The particular position of the property also makes it the perfect spot from which to make pleasant excursions to places in the surrounding area;the nearest fabulous medieval towns.

The Cimini Mountains are situated in the centre of Viterbo's inland area, better known as Tuscia.The range's highest mountains are Monte Cimino at 1053 m, Mounts Fogliano 965 m,Venere 838 m. These are mid height Mountains perfect for treks and climbers, the mountain's luxuriant slopes and crags offer some of the most beautiful views ever to be seen.
The tourist who visits these mountains will find himself immersed in dense oak, ash, beech, elm and chestnut woods which seem to have no beginning or end, where time and space are not relevant: these appear to be the woodlands that fairy tales are made of.
Depending on the different season, these woods offer delicious fruits and nuts, while splendid flowers, plant life together with animal life are just waiting to be discovered hidden among leaves, grasses and in the many mountain springs.
